Privacy policy
This policy covers two separate things: the information you give us through this website, and the workforce data processed inside the LaaynHR product. They are handled differently, and the sections below keep them apart.
Who we are
LAAYN Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, Haryana, India, operates this website and builds LaaynHR. For any privacy question, or to ask us to delete an enquiry you sent, write to sales@laayn.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. We respond during business hours, Monday to Friday.
What this website collects
If you submit the enquiry form we receive the inquiry type, your name, work email, phone number, company name, job title, approximate number of employees, business locations, selected modules and your message, together with the consent you tick. We also receive the landing page, referring URL and campaign parameters associated with that visit. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives website usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device/browser information and non-personal interaction events. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and form messages are not sent to Google Analytics.
Why we hold it and for how long
We use your enquiry to respond and follow up on the conversation it starts. We use consented analytics to understand website performance and which pages lead to enquiries. The enquiry and analytics choices are separate. You can change analytics consent through Cookie settings and can ask us to delete an enquiry by writing to sales@laayn.com. We do not sell enquiry data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Server logs and hosting
This website runs on shared hosting. As with any website, the hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser user agent — for security and operational purposes. Those logs are held by the hosting provider under its own retention schedule.
Workforce data inside the LaaynHR product
The LaaynHR application processes workforce information on behalf of the employer that deploys it. Depending on configuration this can include attendance timestamps, device location and geo-fence results, selfies and facial-recognition data, leave and work-from-home requests, task records and in-app messages. The employer is the Data Fiduciary and determines what is enabled and how long records are kept; LAAYN Technologies Pvt. Ltd. acts as Data Processor on its instructions. Employees should direct requests to their employer, who can pass them to us. The security page sets this out in more detail.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, and raise a grievance about how we have handled it. Write to sales@laayn.com with "Privacy" in the subject line and tell us what you would like us to do.
